Section 1 - Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Camilla Seretti will execute orders within the designated time window. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available), there is a delay for other reasons or an order cannot be executed, or only partially, the consumer will ne notified and in that case he/she has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Camilla Seretti. The delivery obligation of Camilla Seretti will be fulfilled, subject to proof to the contrary, as soon as the goods delivered by Camilla Seretti have been offered to the customer. For home delivery, the carrier's report, alleging the refusal of acceptance, serves as full proof of the offer to deliver. Therefore Camilla Seretti can not be held responsible if the consumer has not picked up or accepted the fulfillment of said delivery
All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the aforementioned periods.
Section 2 - Prices
Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
